Exchange & Returns

We truly appreciate your support and want you to love every piece you order from us. Each item we create is individually made with care — whether it’s screen printed, embroidered, or sewn. Because of this hands-on process, there may be slight variations in color tones, stitching, print placement, or embroidery details from one piece to another. These subtle differences are a normal part of the production process and are what make every item unique and personal — not considered defects.

That said, we stand behind the quality of our work and want to make things right if there’s a genuine issue. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange guidelines below:

  • Returns & Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use.
  • If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as a hole, tear, misprint, or stitching flaw), please reach out to us right away. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • For any approved defective item, we’ll cover the cost of the return shipping label, so you won’t have to worry about any extra fees.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within a few days if you notice any issues — this helps us resolve things quickly and efficiently.
